HOTD ain't finished just yet...I went to anime con in japan...A reporter asked about the manga and season 2 of the anime....They are bound to come out by 2012-2013.

Zero no Tsukaima usually has a terrible anime adaption in general. Hell they wasted the entire 3rd season on mindless fanservice and have an onsen episode every god damned season.
Mass Effect 3 has a sucky ending too.
