Freaking awesome, I really like the theme of things we used to do but are now embarrassed about. I suspect MC will eventually realize that even those embarrassing times made him who he is or something like that, but I guess that remains to be seen.

All of my love is now directed towards Rikka. She's so fucking adorable it hurts. The way they animated her is leaving a really good impression on me. As for Yuuta, he actually seemed really likeable as well. His flashbacks of him being the "Dark Flame Master" were hilarious. I do hope he doesn't get too hung up on "being normal" though. We'll see as the show continues, but damn, episode one definitely got me hooked. The music and overall humor was really good too.
Right from the start I thought he looked a bit like MC from Hyouka, the graphics was pretty damn good too. I like how it brings up child memories, a nice little touch. All in all, it was a good episode.
Episode one was so goddamn adorable. I'm usually not one to consider "waifus", but man, I'm telling ya, Rikka is coming pretty damn close. We'll see. Also, on a mostly unrelated note, am I the only one who thinks its obvious that Rikka has a crush on the MC? 'Cause the way she's acting seems to me like, yes, the Chuunibyou thing, but also a really awkward(ly cute) way to try and get closer to him. Plus, that part at the beginning when she said "my eye resonated with you." As I said before, we'll see.
I don't care if this was done by KyoAni or not. They got the money, so of course they'll animate it well. But what about the contents?
Well, they're not bad this time. Ep was pretty funny and I liked the way the relationship between the 2 main characters developed this ep.
After first ep, this seems more interesting to me than Hyouka.
Guess I'll follow it :-)
