Here I was thinking of making a comeback to the section by presenting this little thingy ...
... oh well :D
Anyways, being somewhat related to Kikoushi Enma (same director and such), I had my eye on this for a couple of weeks now and after watching episode 1, I can concur that Denpa Teki indeed carries much of what made me love it's 'predecessor'.
Hell - the only thing I had reservations about were the character designs but with the otherwise nice quality, I managed to get over it in like 10 minutes.
Good genre mix, nice animation, excellent soundtrack and an intriguing setting/mood.
To answer your question Kaimax - I'm watching. Definitely.
On a side note - there's actually an anime, Denpa Teki carries character relation too ... Kurenai ! No shit !
(the following spoiler is a spoiler)

"The connection between Kurenai and this is the following:
Juuzawa Benika is Juu's mother.
And, according to wiki [jp], Kurenai is, timelinewise, in the past of Denpateki's timeline.
It's unknown if Benika's 'business' is still going on."
