Ichigo 100% was better read than watched.
I could see that I have only watched less than half of what you have listed, so I guess I'm not an anime fan :/

A few anime I would definitely like to see added to this list:
Kara no Kyoukai:
This is a series of seven movies which I recommend to any and all anime fans I meet. These movies are hard to sum up, so I'll just leave this here to give you a glimpse of the first movie. These movies will shock you, bring you to tears, and make you ponder some of the great questions in life. These are truly beautiful works of animation, set upon a higher plane of thought than is standard in this business.
Voices of a Distant Star & 5 Centimeters per Second:
While these are two entirely separate anime, they show quite a few similarities. Both almost entirely created by Makoto Shinkai, they share a common theme of the strains that distance puts on human relationships. Voices of a Distant Star portrays this through the advancing technology in society today and how it is tearing apart human relationships. On the other hand, 5 Centimeters per Second gets the same theme across by telling a story about growing up. The separation of two adolescents and their struggle to keep in touch sets the tone for a heart wrenching love story.
WARNING: YOU'LL BE CRYING LIKE A BABY AT THE END OF AT LEAST ONE OF THE LAST TWO.
Other than that, I like this list quite a bit.
