Well i don't remember the entirety of them as CD drama's and the books go, but as for anime episodes i think it goes...
Queen’s Blade: Rurou no Senshi aka QB: Exiled virgin (season 1) 12 episodes
Queen’s Blade: Rurou no Senshi Ova's 1-4 (gag OVA's as they are Highschool girls)
Queen’s Blade Gyokuza wo Tsugumono aka QB: The Evil Eye (season 2) 12 episodes
Queen's Blade: Utsukushiki Toushi-tachi OVA Episodes 1-6 set a few months after the first 2 seasons.
Queen`s Blade (2011) Episodes 4 OVA's 1-2 years after the original series
Queen’s Blade: Rebellion~ 12 episdoes ~ season 3 set 2+ years after the events of the first series
There's a new set of OVA's starting in late march (3/29 i think) Vanquished Queen's or something like that.
Sad thing is I started watching QB for the boobs and ecchi goodness and it actually has a decent story and plot, they just muddle it up with the gratuitous T~n~A so much it's literally lost in the cleavage. The books are a bit better at describing the story though. If they ever made QB and made it non-ecchi but put production values and such into it i'd watch for the fantasy aspect alone. From the women fighting to the war of 120 yrs prior to the swamp witch's attempts to cover the land in death to the alien stuff that's hinted at.
