[Anime]Shingeki no Kyojin/ Attack on Titan

The only word that can describe this anime is EPIC. Definitely gonna keep watching this one.
But to read the manga or not....

The manga version... haz so many " um nom nom noms " and psychological shit.... And shadow of the colossus and God of war action style!

Episode 1. Great episode, great artwork, great backing tracks, I'm stoked and so excited for the next episode. Definitely think Kaji is going to nail this VO.

I mean, if they didn't want him to be the MC from the start they could've easily nailed him onto Armin instead, glad they didn't.

What translation group are you all watching from? I've watched from AutisticCommie, and so far, it's pretty decent.

I watched the gg version because people were complaining about the commie version. The gg version was just fine.

Tried the first episode out on Sunday and it's got me hooked I can say, I'm very interested to see how things roll on. I'll be sure to check the manga out someday also. I quite like watching the OP as well, really looking forward to that next episode.

The one thing about the anime that I like that never showed in the manga:

Taking it all in as the mother gets eaten. Slowly.

Yeah, I heard Commie's translation was better, minus the eotena bullshit. I went for gg for ep 1, but they currently don't have a translator for ep 2. I might switch to AutisticCommie or evetaku, or Horriblesubs if they're going to sub it.

Evetaku is doing a great job, though releases are usually a day or two after the other subs.

GG is lacking translator for this?

I wonder where will the anime cover in the manga. I only read until chapter 17 so I hope there will be much surprise and enjoyment after they get there.

Great art but I thought it was overly dramatic. And why don't they make deep traps? Or just build the wall higher?

It gets better. Also, that wall protected them at it's current height for the last 100 years. They weren't aware of the fact that such a huge giant existed. That thing broke a hole in the wall anyways. Even if the wall was higher, the giant was still strong enough to break it.

Great 1st epd. As it ended I was at a loss for words.

Wait a minute... So we got an anime version of Attack on Titan... And now, there is going to be a live action movie version of Attack on Titan on the works???
