I think I cried like twice in Naruto one of them I believe was the very first episode

(And their visual novels are all from the same company)
Air would have gone in there too if I could only understand the story.
Mirai nikki made me cry (a bit in terror of a yandere stalker) and the ending
I also cried when they cut short an anime or manga that is really good

Code Geass R2 episode 25 Re;

I cried at Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Boku-tachi wa Mada Shiranai Ending. The emotion in that final episode was too much that I also gave in. :(

OHSHC Was a light hearted series at first but near the end damn I was in tears

School Rumble. That shit felt like any other comedy/romance/slice anime, but wham! shit happens at the end and I started crying. T.T damn.

Angel Beats is the only scenario humans made that has the capability to make me shed my tears.

All I can think of right now is Grave of the Fireflies and Gurren Lagann when..

Clannad After Story, Air, Kanon(2006) and Elfen Lied(Anime) are the only ones that come to mind. There could be others but I can't think of any.

There were a few titles like that but right now I can remember Code Geass and probably the last one was Hanasaku Iroha.

I shed a tear or two over Ga Rei Zero. Not like heavily crying or anything but man that show was sad as hell. I can't help it but I'm a sucker for these dark, tragic type stories.

TTGL and Angel Beats will make you shed tears... Its like sympathizing to the main characters sadness at that point while they are giving their best smiles even thought their hearts are breaking apart...

Persona 3 ps2 also made me shed tears...

Angelbeats, Kobato and Clannad.

For me the end of season two of Zero no Tsukaima made me cry and Angel Beats

BUT CLANNAD FOR SURE.
