Apocalyptic Manga Untapped Gold mind!

I don't know if i'm the only one here or what but it seems that the Zombie Gender/Tag is being under used in Manga and Anime, It seemed that One example is High School Of The Dead (HOTD) was an Incredible hit in both manga and anime despite the fact that some ppl did claimed it was too lets say Showy with their pantie shots and what not but in itself The under read or theme was magnificent High school kids actually outsmarting the Adults in how too survive, and dealing with killing their close friends as they begging to get infected and the way they handle the situations around them, so with that said Any good suggestion for me to read and or watch with zombies involved as apocalyptic take over? o,o

Those are the only anime with lots zombies in them, and only zombie loan is even slightly apocalyptical. Also this modern zombie obsession is getting out of hand, it was cute at first but now it's just kind of sad (I'm not really talking about anime, just in general).

How about reading I am a Hero if you can digest the art style? Don't be fooled for its earlier chapters as it is actually about a zombie apocalypse.

I'm going to have to agree with the OP here, I just looked it up when I read your post and it's pretty sweet so far. Mad rep for that recommendation.

Naw, i just want to see humanity survive but the main characters lets say..Unique? way of doing dosent give off the vibe off being a Hero..so im interested in what the hell he is going to do next. :P if u got any more recommendations ill surely go thru them happily ^^

True, none of the characters there seem... decent to me and that's the charm. I was kinda tired of the whole traditional hero thing so the way those guys act just made me love it.

And as to any more recommendation, well, there is one. Shingeki no Kyojin (or Advance of the Giants), not zombie-related but you can still pass it off as apocalypse when humanity is on the verge of extinction anytime.

Funny you name that one I actually read some of it but stop don't know why but yea i =m up to date on the one you recommended before, I honestly did not see any of the things that happened coming and especially the one chapter where he had to face of against the prego was incredibly intense..I mean DAMN!...and yet i still wana read more, but on the other hand I found a bio hazard thing manga its pretty much Poseidon the movie about the ship that's sinking but with a tad hint of zombeh. CRADLE OF MONSTER is the name if u cant find it and interested just quote me here and ill post all the alternate names it has for ya.

Haha yeah I like that one too. It has been on my following list right after chapter 1. But honestly, I'm out of date for almost every one on that list -_-

Oh and one thing I dislike about Cradle of monster is that the authors use high school characters which is something I find not really creative. But nonetheless, it's an interesting and kinda violent too.
