Asamiya-san no Imouto

Asamiya Aoi is a mysterious, innocent-seeming young girl who is traveling through a futuristic land with the help of her father's sketchbook.

The setting is a post-apocalyptic futuristic world with a bare, yet compelling backstory. I love this series as it resembles Kino no Tabi (Kino's Adventure) quite heavily, but doesn't stress the darker themes as much as the mystery and plot. The art is amazing and styled.

A good lighthearted, yet less than somber read.
