Personally, i love echhi series, mostly because they are hilarious to me and the boner side effect isn't unwelcome.
This is different though... as far as the premise goes. This girl, the main character, is an uber freak, the kinda freak you wanna sing "super freak" by Rick James to.

After watching episode 2 i have realized that she's just a tsundere and i would be surprised if she accomplishes anything at all... I can't believe i got my hopes up!

I don't think that she is tsundere at all. She isn't hiding her feelings because she isn't even in love or anything - she just wants sex lol.
Maybe later when she predictably developes feelings for the boy she might act tsundere, but not yet. Right now she is just (sometimes) mean because she is trying to force him to drop his pants.

If you have seen episode 2, that obviously isn't true because there are scenes where her feelings for him are absolutely obvious because of her jealousy, if she just wanted sex she wouldn't act that way.

No, I don't think she has any feelings for him... YET. She may be jealous but only because she has been working on him for so long that it sucks to see some one else but in. And the hurt feelings from the pool weren't that she was hurt HE didn't like her, she was just hurt she thought something was developing when it wasn't.
BUT obviously everything will eventually change to where she has feelings for him. I just don't think she has any REAL feelings yet. He is still a THING to her - not a person.

I think your wrong about the sister being loli. While yes, she is drawn to look loli-ish, she looks just as old as alota the girls in thier class, whom are all supposed to be in the 16-17 yo range. My assumption is the sister is probably only a bit younger than her.

This series is just so wrong on so many levels.
However that's what makes it so fun and amusing to watch. The Chorus is priceless, Yamada's slut-like tendencies yet so candid at the same time is priceless as well.
I'm looking forward to the next episodes it's really fun to watch.

You compare how she plays her role to other people in the same role, and it appears really unusual. For a character in her role to act like she does in a Seinen series ... it's really, really odd. Why would she act like she does in a male-oriented series that ponders a bit to male fantasies?
Also, Episode 5: 3 lines of tsundere~
Edit: I find it funny that Yamada's friend, who actually has sexual experience in this sea of virgins, is the most level-headed of the bunch.
