Char - Mobile Suit Gundam 0079-CCA; he fights strongly and passionately for what he believes in. He could be a villain or a hero and not lose any of his good qualities.
Haman Karn- Gundam Z-Gundam ZZ; ruthless, and she made Char (Quattro) beg once
Perfect Cell-DBZ; cuz he's perfect lol
Early Vegeta- DBZ; people forget how ruthless he was. One of the first villains I ever rooted for
Light Yagami- Death Note; only needed to know your name to kill you. Epic. And he is one of the great minds in all of anime.
Naraku- Inuyasha; Does most of his damage behind the scenes
Sensui- Yu Yu Hakusho; Watching Chapter Black would make anyone want to wipe out humanity
Sousuke Aizen- Bleach; So freaking strong, and still hasn't shown his full power
