Taichi is a huge Shiina Kokoro fan, to the point of other people are grossed out by him. Kokoro is a one time popular Gravure Idol that is currently struggling. While going to a hand shaking event to meet Kokoro, she falls from above and ends up landing on him. He wakes up in the hospital injured and learns that Kokoro is in critical state and undergoing surgery.
