what I think the problem is.. that what he is doing may be wrong, seeing that all the guy is doing is being a copy cat with no real ideas of his own. and the fact that he seemed a bit too arrogant. then again theres so much stuff out there its hard not to come off as a copy cat. what made me mad was how the protagonist was saying that it was wrong to consult people online. It was indeed underhanded what the guy did. but to be bitching about the way he came up with stuff for his manga is a different story.
Well, don't know if this applies to real life, but when you, Your friends, your senior mangaka actually slaved away to think and make their own manga with their own power and actually met someone who didn't make it with his own power, I'll be pissed too. And to makes things more complicated there's Saiko's Uncle, who literally died trying to make his "own" manga.
And I think Namamine's action isn't just on the "consulting" level anymore. He ATM cannot make anything without consulting, even 2 out of his 50 drops out from project because they realize that it's wrong.
and another thing, it's one thing if 50 people collaborate, but then they have to mock the current industry, that's why both Saiko and Shujin snapped.
Anyway, It must have something to do with
code of ethics or something, just like in any type of industry. That's the whole reason almost everbody is mad about how he does things.
It's like using steroids for sports.
EDIT BUMP
New chapter is in, and Namamine is forced to face the truth and so does Nakai.
