Meh. I thought it was a decent chapter for a time-skip, but not exactly on the level of the One Piece post-timeskip. But this is pretty much all I'll expect from Kubo.

More of an air of Ichigo's internal struggle to still adjust to a "normal" life - no hollows, no ghosts - which Kubo deftly weaves in a chapter. I kind of like it this way.

Finally some dialogue that serves a purpose. I get the feeling that everyone has just kind of left him behind now. Not surprising considering he's just a normal guy now, but still. I guess that's how his friends felt before Hueco Mundo. And speaking of Mexico, what the fuck happened to Orihime? Did Kubo forget that he sent Ichigo in there after her or what? Didn't even see her this chapter, no explanation or anything either. I expected more from Kubo after a two week break.

Wonder who this new guy with the bag is. Maybe some members of Soul Society looking to get Ichigo his power back?
