He's full of shit, even magic doesn't work that way. But for arguments sake lets just say that in 10 minutes we go back to day one. SS is about to stab Ichigo with the reiatsu sword anyway, so the only thing that would chang was that Ichigo would get his powers back a few days earlier.

I have a feeling it means something else.
I have a strange feeling Toriyama Kubo's gonna tell us that he inserted himself into someone's timeline in Soul Society, which led to Ichigo getting his powers.
And hurp durp, Ichigo loses them, and everyone forgets about him.

All it means is that in 10 minutes Tsukishima will be dead, and all the people whose memories he changed will be back to normal. The new enemy is probably either the Soul Society, or more likely the king. Either way it will have something to do with Ichigo's dad, since Ginjo said he knows a secret about him.
