I'm not really interested in the discussion, but will point out a few things:
In order to better your post:
First: Spoiler the list, preferably in the arc-sections you already have. Use the white square when you post/edit to create spoilers such as

The anime and the manga is not at the same place, so even if someone watches every episode as they are released, the manga discussion will still spoiler shit for them.
Please also note that there are forums for specific series, one for anime and one for manga, and checking the masterlist (Stickied at the top of the forum) shows that both of these forums already have threads about Bleach.
