Code Geass R2 Episode 19

It just bothers me that Schneizel is so important, yet he doesn't have much in terms of character development. The only thing we found out this season about him that we didn't know last season was that he has a second-in-command and he's good with manipulating people with words. I dare say that Clovis had more character development even while dead than Schneizel.

Its important to the plot development of the story that he remains so mysterious. The title of ep.23, "Schneizel's Mask" makes that clear.
