Just a random thought before I enter the discussions again (I think my only post in this thread was on page two): I think almost every episode has a cliffhanger, and not small ones, but really big cliffhangers. This gives me a feeling that the show is moving along with the story fast and efficiently compared to certain other series, which makes me love this series so much more.
Frankly, if they decide to make a new Geass season and we're not following our dear Emperor as the main character in it. I have a hard time seeing me continuing to like the show as much as I've been doing these first two seasons. Geass needs Lulu, that's just how it is.
My predictions of the episodes to come are that there's sadly going to be a whole lot more talking than any actual action going on. However, since it's Geass, I'll probably like the episodes anyway.
Code Geass would not be the same without Lelouch as the main character. There are a lot of things that has not been resolved in R2, like Milly's love confession for Lelouch.
There so much to be said about Code Geass than what was shown. The first half of R2 wasn't so bad. But once "World's End" begun, it was a lock and loaded moment, with no Ashford in between. I certainly miss those character moments at Ashford Academy.
And I do miss Lelouch's Zero persona. Too bad Schneizel destroyed his ID by revealing that to the Black Knights. The one thing that I had hoped would not happen is when Lelouch went to the shrine to talk to Suzaku. What made Lelouch think that they wouldn't be follewed anyway? He could have sent Sayoko to rescue Kallen and Nunnally without Rolo knowing about it. And once everything was in place, Lelouch could have killed him off.
None of this mess would have happened if Lelouch didn't go to shrine in episode 17.
