Well, people who fap off to porn or lingerie models or their favorite movie star are also doing it to a fantasy. The movie star is just a human being in real life, the lingerie model is airbrushed and when you deliver a pizza, you very rarely get sexed up by sexy horny housewives and their hot daughters. As for story, I'm not sure about that. There are still people watching/reading? hentai even they don't understand Japanese for the untranslated ones. Heck, there's even people playing eroge without having any idea what the story is about which is surprising since eroge usually have good storylines.

Hmm. For me, I just think hentai is really for entertainment, just like normal anime. Its just another level of watching anime , I mean , it doesnt bother me one bit if it is a hentai or just anime that I'm watching. But, I guess other people use it for their own purposes whatsoever.
