I do, and I also like to put series I've already watched on while I'm doing other work. Gurren Lagann is on the top of my list because it keeps me pumped and motivated (hence my freakout to find it streaming on netflix) while working. I love specific episodes of Mushishi and all of Mononoke (not princess mononoke, the actual series based around a medicine seller).

I mostly re-watch anime movies like 5 cm/sec, Summer Wars, and anything by Ghibli Studios. The last anime series I re-watched was Gundam Wing for nostalgia purposes.

hmmm, only the ones that I really love, E.F is one of them, Clannad too, sometimes I just watch the best moments, like the telephone scene in EF, 100 seconds of drama.
Also rewatch Ghibli films many times, they are works of genius
Lastly there is Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei, while some eps are 'meh' quality the good ones are really something, I love the dark humour :)

Actually, I have a "mental list" of things that can be watched an endless amount of times and still love it. It's not huge, but it is there and I often indulge when there's not much I wanna see. This is excluding 'adult anime' for obvious reasons; I mean everyone has favs they come back for, yes?
