well after watching evangelion again i kinda feel like posting my thoughts..
when misato said "Humans are incomplete. They only become complete through series of instruction." i pondered and then i nodded to the truth that she said. We really do seem to be just living with the series of instruction... after we are born theres a routine to take care of the baby then after that baby turns to a child they will go to school then after deciding to continue schooling or not finishing studies we will work at any jobs. everyone is inside this loop no exemptions...
so i really think that we humans are incomplete even though others say that we are perfect beings

anyway we human is a perfect being because God create human after His image, basically we always lives in a routine life, eat, drink, pee, shit, sleep, go to school/work, online in FAKKU, but we can't just deny our routine, we need eat, drink, pee, shit for obvious reason, we go to school to learn how to survive in the world, we go to work to earn our living and money for buying anime & manga, we need FAKKU for an obvious reason too.

Humans are far from perfect. If humans were perfect, we wouldn't be sad. We would have the ability to be sad, but we would never make each other sad. But look at the world - humans make one another sad all the time. A girl loves a guy, the guy doesn't love her back (in any way), and there's sadness. A mother doesn't take good care of her child for eighteen years, and the child is sad. There are a million examples that show that humans are not perfect.
Humans need one another. That's a big thing I got from NGE. Shinji needs his father to care about him, not because Shinji's a little bitch, but because he's human. Who doesn't want their father's approval? Asuka wants Shinji to care about her, because he's the most important person to her, a person her own age that may be a suitable mate, someone to help her stand up.
To me, humans become complete by connecting with other humans. Unfortunately, a person cannot do this by himself. It requires that other people trust in and connect with the person as well. Because of this, it's impossible for a person to just open up and be complete. Even if you have all the knowledge in the world, even if you understand yourself completely, without another person, it's worthless. Because you don't have anyone to share it with. You can't help another person improve themselves. You can't have someone hold your hand when things are tough. You can't fully explore yourself because another person will see things that you don't see.
That said, it's still hard to be "complete." If the other person isn't understanding and accepting, then it's impossible. If you aren't understanding and accepting, then it's impossible. But you don't have to be complete to be happy. Being complete just means that you're in a state of happiness all the time, that little things don't bother you, that you appropriately handle the painful things in life instead of breaking down. It's a worthy goal, and few people get there, but it's still possible to enjoy life.

Wow, never thought anyone has the same thought as me. Well, for me perfect or not is only a matter of perception. Like they said there is no TRUTH in this world. Why said human is imperfect, if human can`t be sad or made others sad isn`t that the same as a robot. For me, human is perfect cause they have flaws, cause they have conflict but also has other positive thinking. Which makes human, human. In the end for me, perfect is only an illusion made by oneself cause I never heard anyone called anything perfect. No religion statement accepted for me. I don`t want to turn this into a great conflict :twisted:

All things have some sort of goal. The goal of a caterpillar is to become a butterfly and have offspring. And do whatever other butterfly crap there is. Do they pollinate flowers, or is that only bees? Whatever, I'm no marine biologist.
The goal of humans is unknown. You could say that humans live only to reproduce, but that doesn't explain why we have the great brains that we do. We have the ability to write so that we can learn from the past. Why do we have the ability to learn from the past? To keep ourselves alive longer?
One could argue that the ultimate goal in a human's life is to become "perfect," but what is perfection? Is perfection a state, or is the best stage we can get to called "perfection"? Meaning, does perfection exist independent of humans, or do we call the very best that we can do perfection?
Think of Buddhism. The highest level you can reach, enlightenment, that is perfection. Because it's the best you can do.
Or think of models that you build yourself. A perfect model is one that is built without any mistakes. A perfect model isn't one with everything possible added on to it, but a model that is put together perfectly. So, a crummy model airplane can be perfect without needing twin laser cannons. Perfection comes from using what is found in the box, along with some tools. We humans, with our flawed bodies and minds, are the stuff found in the box, and the tools are education and society, that help us create who we are. If we get to the very best place, are we not perfect?
But like models, it would take a very long time, a lot of practice, and very good hands to make the perfect human. And not everyone can do it. If the parts in the box are defective or shoddy, then it'll be impossible for the model to be perfect. But it can still be pretty damn good.
