I don't think Sankaku is really representative of the community at large. It tends to focus only on a particularly crazed fringe, and on sex-related topics in particular.

Why should we care if Aya Hirono banged her bandmates? Its not like she's a little girl nor does she have a boyfriend. And on contrary to common believes SHE DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU! (les otakus) I'm pretty sure she lost her cherry long before she became an actress.
