Fandubs?

I wouldn't reccommend doing it if it's just for a little bit of fun. I doubt you'd find any releases where there are no voices. You could mute the real episode, add the BGM but it'll suck without the effects (I'm personally not bothered, but putting in the extra effort wins alot more points over the internet).
I doubt people will be interested in fan dubs (I certainly find them boring and usually crappy), but you could go for a comedy fan dub which usually wins people over. Put it on youtube and get all the 13 year olds watch it.

The only fandub I watched was the Juggernaught gag. The whole idea of dub turns me off in regard to anime. I'm happy with subs. Although, I did like the Toradora fandub that was sampled on this thread.
