That's the thing, it's not exact. The hair arrangement is no more similar to Lelouch's than to manga Ryuuji's (ToraDora). It seems obvious from the latest released chapters that Kurosawa was based on Light with maybe a little bit of L thrown in. Some expressions are almost exact replicas of frames from Death Note.
