My opinions on Noble Phantasms? Here goes.
Saber: Caliburn is nice. Excalibur is not a sword, it's a photon cannon. Avalon is superb, but not invincible. There are ways to counter it. In general Saber is a powerful servant, adding more would be overkill.
Archer
Fate: Well, this one is hard to say. His UBW are great, but really, not invincible either. Because of the true nature of UBW, it's not a very effective counter of GoB, but well, better than nothing. The toll is heavy to use UBW though, so Archer really needs to time it perfectly. Overall, a good Noble Phantasm, reflects his erroneous ideals perfectly. In that aspect it's a cool Noble Phantasm. And because of the way he is, I don't think you can add more on him.
Zero: Go study more of the stuff inside your GoB, and use your brains more. Seriously, you'll be invincible if you do. Also, work out that Enkidu more often, and use Ea less. Ea should be when you're absolutely protected and have all the time to charge it up. Also no adds. What else you can add to his wealth anyway?
Lancer
Fate: Well, a nice Noble Phantasm. Really have the Lancer-ish feel to it. Not much else to say, except that Saber got some hax at the beginning of Fate.
Zero: Buidhe is a very awesome one. With prediction and high combat skill it can be one of the most deadliest Noble Phantasm to servants and masters alike. Dearg is great, although I can't really tell the difference from Rule Breaker. Well, I think there are differences, just unclear. And it'd be hilarious if his mystic face is stronger lol.
Berserker
Fate: Twelve Labors is a very great defensive Noble Phantasm, but that alone is not good enough. Sure, you have strong defenses and it's hard for the opponent to even activate the Noble Phantasm, but well, against a fast opponent with sure-kill attack like Lancer or Assassin, it's kind of meaningless. They'll just mash it in twelve times before you can even realize what's going on. So he might need an offensive Noble Phantasm. I read that he has that Bow of Hydra... but no other info is available.
Zero: Aha, 3 Noble Phantasms, all are great. Arondight is the usual ultimate weapon type, not much can be said about it, except for the same lack of 'sword' feel to it. For Someone's Glory is good for tactical reasons, and Knight of Honor is the most effective GoB counter seen so far.
Caster
Fate: Rule Breaker... well, one more Noble Phantasm more suitable for tactical assaults. But she hardly needs it anyway, because of her arsenal of awesome magic spells from her era. But she needs to be more clever. Going to the basement of the church was an unforgivable stupid mistake, and because of that Rin wins. Meh. Not to mention how awesome she would be if she can use her Argon Coin.
Zero: Prellati Spellbook, I love this one. Summoning magical beasts are awesome, not to mention it doesn't tax the servant of his mana. No wonder you need Lancer to settle this one.
Rider
Fate: Bloodfort Andromeda was meh. Takes too long to set up, and it's so obvious too. But if you manage to set it up, it provides you with a great source of mana, which might enable you to spam Bellerophon more. A good combo, and helps a lot to remedy Rider's lack of combat ability.
Zero: Gordius Wheel is strong, but sometimes one might wish its power is more directional. Ionian Hetairoi is easily the coolest Noble Phantasm I've seen by far, and its sheer power is not something you can ignore.
Assassin
Fate(True): Well, nothing much. Just a rather meh one.
Zero: How it reduces your strength is bad, but if it's about spying and assassinating, nothing can be better than this.
Fate: Awesome guy. Really awesome. A normal human far more skillful than heroes who basically only rely on their toys. Gotta chuckle at the VN line saying it's fortunate that the moon is hidden by the cloud when he practices his swings, or else the moon will be ashamed before the beauty of his movements. XD
