Fate Stay/Night Movie?

does anyone know when it comes out on dvd so it can be subbed?

I think I saw a sign in the mall for the end of this month. Like the 30th I think.

Yup DVD and Blu-Ray release is September 30th so end of this month, so hopefully one of our awesome translation groups will have it subbed pretty soon after the release, I'd think that it would be picked up pretty quickly considering it's Fate/Stay Night. Supposed to be on long ass 90 minute fight scene of pure kickass-itude, pretty much fan service and people who've played the VN will love but people unfamiliar with fsn will hate.

Yeah it was on display at the mall along with Mahotsukai no Yoru - Type moon's new VN. I wasn't sure which one was coming out on Sept 30. but it turns out they both are coming out at the same time.

Pretty much, from what I've read it's supposed to just about cut out most of the non key events and fights, still get to see the so pretty much key events that everyone wanted to see animated, but not as much backstory so people who don't know FSN won't like the movie from what I've heard because....well they won't really know wtf is going on.

I haven't really found anything that concretely says all this but the story I hear everywhere is pretty much the same, you played the VN you'll soil yourself at the awesomeness of it, if you don't know fsn you'll enjoy the fights but the plot will be impossible to understand.

Gilgamesh - Ilya scene is going to make people who haven't played the VN RAGE so hard. If it is just like the VN then I can definitely see some angry FSN fans.

I wonder how far they went in making that Rin-Shiro loveydovey scene. They DID show us a glimpse of it in the trailer.

But yea, I think my mind won't be able to withstand all the awesomeness coming at me me starting september 30th.

lol honestly I loved that scene a lot, sure it's sad an all but it was just epic to me.

@Neverknight: That was stated like three times already in the above posts, September 30th is the DVD and Blu-Ray release date.

i already watched the move when it premiers back in january so i'm gonna wait for the blu-ray ver.
