Those are some nice pictures King. My favorite character from bleach would have to be Byakuya. He is pure awesome.

The weird thing is, Yachiru, the Lieutenant of squad 11 is possibly the weakest of the four(Kenpachi, Yumichika, and baldy).

Not necessarily. She hasn't shown her true power. The only time she's ever really displayed any power at all is when she scared the messenger shitless while she was watching Kenpachi and Ichigo fight. Otherwise, all she's shown is that she's incredibly fast. The fact that she still is a lieutenant means that she's gotta be packing some incredible power. If anything, I'd rank her 3rd after Kenpachi and Ikakku. Ikakku has his bankai and Kenpachi is Kenpachi. Yumichika has Fuji Kujaku and is strong in his own right, but the fact remains that after he joined up he became a seated officer and not a lieutenant.
