I would say my favorite couple would be Suwa Daisuke & Aikawa Hinako from Bitter Virgin.
Though I will say that I do like the pairing of Haruhi Suzumiya & Kyon has always been an interesting one for me.

Tough call. I really like Tomoya and Kyou as a couple as well as Naruto and Hinata as a couple. But I think I'll have to go with the first anime couple that got me interested in romance and started the snowball that got me into Hentai accidentally, lol.
