Last year the number 1 spot was taken by Clannad: After Story. Previous to that my favorite one had been Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien for years. Because you know how I love dat drama.

Bakemonogatari I go shit mad crazy for, it's one of those anime series I can always come back to and easily enjoy despite the fact I've watched it so many times.
Arakawa under the Bridge comes in for a close second for me, it always never fails to make me laugh, plus I love that Ric's and Nino's relationship does get some development, sure it doesn't go the whole way but it's nice to see moments that further their bond.
Basically I'm a SHAFT fanboy.

personaly Evangelion is my all time favorate, but i also dig FMA: Brotherhood, Gunbuster and Gunbuster 2... preaty much any series from GAINAX.

I know it's kinda cliched to say this (I think) but for me it's Neon Genesis Evangelion, if I didn't switch to adult swim on the night it was on by mistake back in 2006 I probably would of never fallen in love with anime

Eureka Seven is my favorite anime of all time. I own the box set of DVD's, which is quite a feat since Ive only got 3 shows on DVD.
