Gonna have to go with Train on this one. None of the others really compare that well to someone who can shoot bullets out of the air and move so fast.

They werent bullets, they were rubber pellets fired from a grenade launcher, much much slower than a bullet, if Sousuke was using a real gun, that guy would have been dead before he can twirl his umbrella.

Train is the clear winner here. His speed, marksmanship, and all around awesomeness surpass those of every other choice.

I also agree with your assessment on Train. Fuck, Train shoots bullets at supersonic speed, crazy martial arts, and an absolute and deadly artist with his gun and the use of it in hand-to-hand combat. The Black Cat universe makes him slightly above normal humans like Spike, Revy, Sagara, and Riza.

All the other competitors would be dead.Train is able to move faster than the rest and peform gun-kata which the rest arent able to a certain degree.I cant remember if train can make bullets ricochet but another factor is that train doesnt have to reload?(I never seen em or I forgot)
Sweeper train
Still the same only they arent dead and he has access to orichalcon bullets.
Sousuke?come on,the only real reason he's good in the series was because most situation involved opponents with no guns at all.He couldnt even handle the chinese twins.
Put vash the stampede or something.Even then I think train is still able to win
