Golden Time does not feature much ecchi fanservice, based on the information I have obtained thus far, but for some reason, its title, as well as PV, caught my attention, perhaps due to similarities with other anime titles which I have watched previously.
Tada Banri, the male protagonist, is a freshman at a law university. Banri was involved in an accident previously, causing his physical self to lose all his memories. At the same time, a separated spirit of Banri was formed, now looking over his physical self. Upon meeting new friends, what events await Banri?
The PV which captivated me, prompting me to start this particular topic:

On Topic, I've been following the manga for a bit, and it actually has a good plot, if you can get around the annoying first part. So I expect the anime to be the same, but at least it should go further than what the manga has been translated so far.
I am very interested in watching this story, since I'm curious on what kind of epic drama will unfold before us by the same author who made Toradora. In fact, I'm following both the manga and the light novel due to this reason. And now, I'm more overjoyed that they adapted it into an anime.
I haven't read the novels or manga so I really hope the OP is a red herring and didn't just spoil a major relationship change that happens in the series. Aside from that, it seems a good start to this series.
The further things go, the less I am able to understand Koko. Koko's dad came across as being pretty normal, which makes his idea that Koko will ruin Banri quite strange. I'm beginning to seriously think that Koko does have some sort of mental problems. I have to say, jokingly, that Banri has some issues of his own if he thinks putting his porn on a stool in plain site was a good idea. Koko's "we can have sex in Paris" follow-up was very strange though.
Would prefer to see Banri x Linda, rather than with Koko.
This. Kouko's a (extremely pretty) weirdo. And the pacing for this show is ridiculous.
Ep. 8
Spoiler:
Man I totally think Linda is so much cuter than Kouko. Especially if she goes back to her old hairstyle (Dat ribbon ponytail). It's obvious she was lying when she said she only thought of him as a friend, probably because she doesn't wanna come between him and Kouko now.
So many feels during this episode.. Kouko probably found the pic of Banri and Linda, and she's probably insecure because of it. And that flashback.. literally felt chills, especially when Linda repeated the same words in the present. And now that he's got his memory back, it's only gonna get messier.

Same here, especially if its Ponytail Linda :D
Spoiler:
Can't help but think that Kouko only ended up with Banri on a rebound, especially after obsessing over Mitsuo for most of her life.
