Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike
Air: The Motion Picture (I was very satisfied by this one)
Clannad Theatrical I recommend, not out yet, but I recommend it anyway.
Lucky Star OVA was pretty good.

Black Rock Shooter was pretty good.. The animation in it is really good, or at least I thought so. The story was a little confusing and open-ended but good overall. It's only 50 minutes long though, which was a bit disappointing as I could see the movie going on for at least an hour and a half, if not 2 hours.
