I don't really mind reusing existing footage but watching GSD really over exaggerated that concept. As for flash backs and clip shows, those would only be acceptable if new information is given like in ep 16 in S1. Clip shows from the SEED did absolutely nothing cause I didn't learn anything new, just that the staff were being lazy bums trying to kill time with a pointless show.

SEED was just constant destruction for the sake of showing off how fucking invincible Kira was.

Yeah, I actually like the direction 00 is going at. I lost interest in GSD when Freedom never got touched and the constant extremely biased one-sided battles...
