Don't get your hopes high, Marida does die in the novel (I just read bits of info here and there, but apparently it's Riddhe who nails her), plus Cyber Newtypes never got the luxury of living through to the end. :(

Also, the purple mech at the end is the YAMS-132 Rozen Zulu, piloted by Angelo Sauper, who's the chief bodyguard of Full Frontal. And who knows what'll happen to the General Revil? Next year we'll know. :P
