Anything that Key has had a hand in has made me cry. Angel Beats is the only exception, and it doesn't seem like it'll go for the tears either...

Those too. Although the After Story arc after the main one [Nagisa/Ushio] kinda set a mood whiplash on me.

I cried really hard at the end of Code Geass, Lelouch had it rough. I've cried a lot over a lot of anime, but I think that was the worst instance I can think of.
