Have you ever spoiled an anime series/ending for someone

I often give spoilers to my friends, only if they asking for it and I already warn them before. I always restrain myself from giving major spoiler though, but sometimes it slipped away ooopsieee lol :P

I have no one to spoiler to since no one around in my immediate vicinity watches anime with an exception of one guy, and I usually don't spoiler a series unless he asks for it.

I have never done it, but I have told the ending's of shows to lot's of my friends only after they tell me to though.

Well, at college our otaku group sometimes discuss new and old anime. Spoilers are abundant, but we don't care because we end up watching it anyways. I mean, "to see is to believe" is the saying.

But to those in our group discussion who still holds excitement over an anime series he/she never have watched, we try to hold back. But I once spoiled the storyline and ending of "Gilgamesh" to a classmate who just bought the DVD.

^This... is also very true for me; except that I never once thought of killing myself for doing so. Spoilers could actually boost up my interests in picking up a rather bland series at first glance sometimes.

my friends read a lots of Shoujo manga and I spoiled most of them ! Ruuu...

Me too. I look stuff up and maybe I read a little too much. Before I know it, BAM! Series ruined. That pisses me off.
Though I have to agree that on occasion, a spoiler can make me stick with a show that looks to be circling the drain. But that's very very rare.

Oh good you spared them the torture of having to watch that horrible disgrace of an anime.

I take back not spoiling anything, I once spoiled Bleach to a non anime fan so it's not really spoiling.

i've only spoiled a few things to my friends, and i try to avoid it as much as possible.

the first was tenjho tenge, my friend bought the whole series and then after the 2nd episode he said it was a great anime, which prompted me to prove him wrong.

the second was speed grapher, and that was by accident that i spoiled something that happened in like episode 6 or 7 and my friend threatened to kill me with a spoon...

i try not to and usually don't but i have friends that don't respect the way of anime and are always trying to tell me what's happening in series i haven't seen or caught up on and i usually have to resort to violence to silence them as on top of that they like to spread miss info by saying in the latest episodes some one dies or switches sides it makes me cry so much haha not really but a little piece of me dies when a main charter dies that i like :P

Was wikipediaing Clannad, I caught a glimpse of the summary and it ruined the ending lol!
Well what happened was... naw I won't ruin it!

I tend to do it by accident with my friends. let me explain:

My friend and I love to talk about Anime, the problem is that they like to watch the dub versions while i like to watch the sub versions. so most of the time i End up blurting out parts that are far ahead in the story that the dub version has yet to air on TV...
Other than that i don't spoil it for others(people who watched the sub versions already like me).

I spoiled many shows for my self by looking into them -.-

I've done it to myself on numerous occasions. Always regret it too. You'd think it be easy to just not look, but I have no willpower. >.<
