Hayate no Gotoku!! Season 2: Episode 1

Yay! I'm so glad it's back.
The animation looks a little different. The colors are deeper now.
Looks like Hina is going to be more of a main character now. You can start rejoicing overly-obsessed fanatics. :lol:

The epsiode was pretty funny. It reintroduces mostly all of the characters.
Katsura-sensei was the funniest by far here.
Drunks'll do anything for booze.

Not bad for an intro episode. I really do wish that they'll start to follow the manga more closely in this new season. The first one was so full of fillers, original material was close to 10% of the entire anime. For those of you who read the manga, you know exactly why I want the manga adaptation so much. The plot is epic!

Oh, and Hinagiku ED = Win :D

For those of you who are serious about HnG, then I recommend you don't watch those subs and wait for SS-Eclipse. You're missing out if you go with HorribleSubs.

Not a bad start for S2. I enjoyed this episode and it brought some lols. It was pretty amusing how Hayate led Hina to the bridge. My reaction there was, "Wow, this is like the first time you've been an asshole to her." Over all I liked it. I'm hoping to see more Hina for this is my motivation to watch the series.

The Hina ending was awesome! 8)

I hope they start following the manga from here it will make the anime a lot better and hopefully Hina has more appearances and i also thought this part of the manga wasnt going to be an episode since they had already past the day it happen in Season 1 and the Hina ending was awesome

I'm kinda wondering what role will Hinagiku play in ths second season... and it seems pretty big from what I saw in a cutscene in the OP, nevermind the ED.

Her birthday episode will be the most anticipated episode.

From what I've heard they intend to follow the manga closely and with little side-tracking. Already got accustomed to the 'new' art and likin' it. This ep was maybe a bit down_to_earth considering some previous crazy shit HNG provided but it's not necessarily bad from time to time.

Gah! Eclipse just picked up FMA. Eclipse is a pretty small group. This might make them release HnG even later, and there's no confirmation they're doing it in the first place.

This sucks. gSS is already doing a better job on FMA, and we know Eclipse never drops any projects.

EDIT: SS-Eclipse is doing this. Subs just came out. Fantastic job!

Is it just me or did anyone else notice Hina blushing under just one eye? I didn't think she did that at all in the first season, but I like it. 8) Anyways, pretty enjoyable episode for being the first one. Hina is a goddess. :wink:

ugh. no nagi fan here? i always thought that nagi is far more adorable....but oh well. that means i can hog nagi all by myself! ^_^
