Hellsing Ultimate OVA 8

Hey Guys,
i just wanted to ask if someone know something about when the 8th part of the Hellsing Ultimate OVA will come out.
When i remember right its nealy 2 years after the offical realese date. I think i heard in some other forums that the studio or something that is related to the work on H.U.O. had some trouble or had to be replaced with another.
So does anyone know something else about it?
