Ichigo's hollwification, What's the final result?

Does Ichigo have another level, If not why do the other vizards have full hollow masks?

because the arrancar can go from hollow to human and back to full hollow I would like to think the vizards could take hollow form. I think this because when all the vizards fought their inner hollow they began to turn into a hollow, in ichigo's case he almost fully transformed. so I think they they could do more than put on a mask. but thats my opinion on that

well the last time ichigo fought his inner hollow it said something like "if you want to control my power don't die before i show up again" Idon't remember exact episode around 120 or so

I doubt Ichigo will get out of there without having to use his full power.
