Fuck you and the insanely difficult question!
One obvious choice would be Dragonball Z. I always have, and always will, have fantasies about flying around and firing energy beams that take a whole episode to load XD Turning Super Saiyan would be awesome too.
Of course, this means that Bleach is included in this. Not as strong as Dragonball Z, but the idea of having a Shikai and Bankai...awesome.
However, Death Note would be awesome too. If mental strength could be as insanely high as a Saiyan is stronger than a human, this is were it's at. Working for L ftw?
Completely different type of anime, but I think Shuffle! would be good. Why? 4 hot girls - one of which is an ownage yandere - completely in love with me - one of which believes in polygamy. Hard to say no, eh?
