Yet another Autumn 2008 title to look out for... if it does not disappoint. To start off, I shall provide a short summary of Kemeko Deluxe's storyline, based on a few chapters of the scanlations I read online, and assuming the anime follows the manga closely, if not exactly.
High-schooler Kobayashi Sanpeita has been having dreams of his first love from 10 years ago lately, until one morning, where a "strange female" in a wedding dress, smashes through his room, with a chaingun(?) in hand, claiming to be his bride. Shrugging it off as another dream, Sanpeita rushes to school, meeting Izumi along the way, whom I believe harbours some feelings for him (love triangles are always necessary). As events of the day continues to unfold, the "strange female" appears to be very real, causing Sanpeita to be embroiled in battle with bizarre electronic products manufactured by a large corporation. After sustaining an injury, the "strange female" opens up to reveal a yet another cute/beautiful girl beneath the outer suit. Before he knows it, Sanpeita's new life and adventure has begun...
If words don't really appeal to you, perhaps the following website, which I believe to be official, can provide some nice images and screenshots of what one can expect of the series: http://www.kemeko.jp/
Since I am unable to find any related images as of now, a rather old, but nice promotional video will have to be used as a substitute:

There are just a few manga chapters scanlated at this point, but judging from that, this Anime may have ADHD potential, which is a good thing if done right.
I actually keep up with this... an ultimate weapon as a fucking tentacle plant? ... It's funny and whacked up, but it's a one-time watch thing, this anime. It's premise and story is completely insane on a sugar-high, leastwise that's my impression of the anime. The OP and ED are strangely catchy.
To me, this is a very watchable anime. There are a few things that put me of anime shows and this seems to avoid them in various ways.
For example, when anime tries to be too serious it usually just sounds naive and juvenile. I'm sure if I was about 15 I'd be impressed, but not now. I'd rather an anime have a great story and memorable characters than try to be deep. Another thing that can put me off is when it's apparent that the show is designed to sell on the premise of titillating ronery virgins rather than be entertaining with a bit of sex appeal (like, for example, Bond movies tend to do). I mentioned it being off-putting when anime can try to be too deep or serious but it can also be off-putting when the opposite occurs; when the series tries desperately to be funny by just being annoying and relentlessly quirky.
I think that Kemeko Deluxe strays quite close to the last two points but manages to balance itself out quite well. It's wacky and quirky all right, but then the weirdness of Kemeko balances it out. Similar to how FLCL was wacky as hell but had an indie coolness and a bizarre atmosphere that stopped it from being embarrassingly, desperately quirky. It has quite a lot of fan-service but integrates it into the plot well, unlike some other anime wherein they'll dedicate over 10 minutes to "boy watches girl get undressed, gets called pervert" type scenes. It plays the fan-service part for titillation, part of laughs and part for a sort of nod to the genre's clichés. Basically, it's all very tongue-in-cheek.
All that analysis aside, I've found some hentai, ecchi and general fan art of it, if anyone's interested!
Spoiler:
First, MM herself.
Next is the crazy loli sister, Tamako.
Next is weird, ice lolly-obsessed, erotic loli (seemingly a lesbian), Misaki.
Finally we have my favourite, randomly violent, judoka and girl-next-door, Izumi.
Enjoy!
EDIT
Just watched episode 4 and it's the most typically fan-servicey episode yet; it's a swimming costume episode.
Here's a sample (I suck at making animated gifs - this being my first very sloppy attempt - so any tips are welcome).
