True, but you know people latch on to anything that depicts children in even slightly suggestive situations, even if the story is what really drives it.
Then, they won't care if worse things exist or if it's not necessarily wrong as a work of art - they'll tear it apart for merely having been placed on the shelves here, no doubt.
Another reason it might get unwanted publicity is that it's a well-known series in the anime and manga community, and some shithead out there will likely get a bit too overzealous and do something stupid, bringing unwanted attention to themselves.
