Lelouch will sit front of his monitor and sent dozen hundreds of knightmare to stomp Light, Light doesnt even had a chance to see the name of all the knightmare pilot while his arse is on the hunt

Lelouch definitely. Light is just a moody teenager compared to Lelouch who actually knows what he's doing. Light sounds like he's on the verge of a psychotic breakdown each time he speaks. His thought process is just far less superior.

I don't think its fair to compare the two in terms of powers, but in terms of minds I'd definitely say lelouch is smarter/more cunning than Kira.

I'd hope they understand how smart each other is and then team up to conquer the world (with each other's wit, they'll probably succeed) and then once they do will probably try to stab each other in the back in which that case, Lelouch wins because he can control the hearts and minds of people, while light can only for 23 days(i think)

That's just a part of agreement.
He clearly stated he would not sacrifice himself for Light or something to that effect way before things got really started, IIRC. Light just expected otherwise.

At first I thought that Light would win but then I realized that Lelouch would trump him no matter what.
Scenario is basically that Light garners interest in trying to kill Zero... brain failure while processing a rational situation for the to do battle. In any rational scenario, neither would win simply because they wouldn't fight.
Irrationally, Zero or Light calls the other out and the two try to defeat the other. Zero would eventually find Light with Knightmares and put a bullet into Light. He wouldn't even need to have a helmet on at the point he's going to land the kill, Light has no shinigami eyes, Lelouch will have NEVER told Light his name in an way shape or form.
What? You want me to remove the Black Knights from this equation? Then ultimately no one would win. Even if Lelouch had his own Knightmare, I don't think he's gonna charge into a city just to find Light. Light will never know Lelouch's real name EVER unless some asspull is done. So it's either Lelouch wins or it's a draw.
And I don't include Ryuk, Misa, the police, or any followers because.
Ryuk- Wouldn't help period.
Misa- Shinigami eyes can't see through the mask

If we're talking a fist fight then Light. Lelouch may be a more intellectual threat (actually a threat altogether) to Light but if we removed everything and put them to fists then Light would win because he was the perfect High School student and as such is much more physically fit than Lelouch.
So the final assessment is:
Rationally: The fight would never happen
Irrationaly: Lelouch
Fist Fight: Light
... Well I guess that's a point for Light and a point for Lelouch.
Actually, in a weird logical scenario, Lelouch could either see Light as a threat or possible ally which would then bring the two together for such a fight to be possible. So in essence, Lelouch could still win a fit in a rational situation where the two had to do battle in wits.
One final thing, if we talk about the two as students (with the information I can recall) Light would win. I am unsure of Lelouch's academics but since Light was the on the top of his game in school then I can assume that Light would get better test scores and grade in gym.
