So does anyone think Uryu knows that Ichigo's enemies are Quincy? And if so, who's side is he gonna be on?
NNaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. At best, he'll probably become a double agent, or by some miracle the only Quincy left alive is forgotten because they're cocky sons of bitches. Though it does perk the question if why Ichigo insisting Uryu NOT to go to Heuco Mundo. He's been there to fight the 8th Espada ( correct me if I'm wrong) so why not now? It's rather strange in my opinion.
He fought the goth girl of the Privaron Espada (won) and the tranny (8th Espada, nearly died).
Three possible answers as to why Ichigo insists on Uryu staying out of HM
1. Because Quincies obliterate Hollows instead of purifying them and the balance is bad enough already.
2. Because they might run into Quincies and Uryu might have to make a difficult choice.
3. An amalgam of the above reasons
My apologies, I went back a few chapter but it was Uryu that refused to tag along to Heuco Mundo.
I understand the first reason. 2 is kinda iffy for some apparent reason that I can't explain (Just a gut feeling I guess.)
Reason number 4: Uryu already knows Quincies have invaded Heuco Mundo and does not wish to reveal his identity by his comrades!!..........yea right.....maybe
Actually, I thought it was simply that he felt he had helped shinigami enough, perhaps with a helping of his father pressure. Come to think of it, did his father drop off the earth of what? For some reason, I would not be surprised if
he knows about what is going on. Would be kind of cool if the plans for the current happenings were part of the reason of why his father abandoned his quincy heritage
Uryu never intended to help the Shinigami in the first place; he only went to HM because according to his words Ichigo is not a true Shinigami and his friend was in danger. Seeing as how this incident doesn't seem to have any direct connections with Ichigo and co. (besides Uryu) he probably doesn't see a true reason to help them at all. The father part sounds good, who knows? Uryu's dad is pretty powerful despite his reluctance to accept his identity as a Quincy.
On a side note... the new Quincies are NOT WEARING GLASSES.
