I miss Elsie. Keima pulled some serious pro skills there. Im pretty sure 99% of people in Ayumi's position would not have gone along with it but this is manga so anything can happen. I bet the mangaka thought of this and was planning to mess with readers trying to figure out which one is the last goddess. Also which gal-game has this scenario play out? I know Keima has like every game in existence but someone really programmed such an event?

Sick events is normal with dating simulations like Tokimeki Memorial. the only way to get sick is do Heavy jobs or sports when you have very low Stamina. The lower , the higher chance you'l lget sick. but In Tokimeki Memorial the chances of getting a "Sick Visit Event" is rare. I've finished Tokimeki Memorial 4, and I never once got a "The event".
