Even the manga is taking its sweet time. That's what being popular means I guess; they don't want to end the show while it's still hot.
I haven't read the original source but if there's a lot of useless side stories (if there are any or any arcs that does not make any sense) like the ones found in To Love Ru: Darkness, then I'll pass.
However, what if that promised girl is already dead or is already on a different country or already got a steady boyfriend, will the main protagonist finally make up his mind and muster courage to finally propose to the girl of his dreams or will the usual cliche where as he will always chicken out (that has plagued almost all harems genres) still prevail?
I think I've already posted this before somewhere...
