Midnight Secretary - an awesome vampire romance manga

I'll be taking up theotaku's stance on shojo-based media here (though it's not really shojo but josei for young adult women). Come to think of it, this may be the first manga topic I've created. Well, I happened to be cruising around onemanga.com where I stumbled across a manga series named "Midnight Secretary". As I read it, I immediately loved this series. The romance, the struggles, the romance, the characters, the romance, and the art are very good, and did I say romance?

Well in a nutshell, this series is about Kaya Satozuka and her relationship with her boss Kyohei Touma, who happens to be a vampire in modern day. Quoted from trusty wikipedia.org for a more detailed synopsis,


Currently there are 6 volumes out there, and onemanga is up to chapter 32. If you guys love romance, especially vampiric romance, then this is the series for you as I highly recommend this. Blood Alone is another vampiric romance series I recommend as well.

The entire series is finished at seven volumes, and the only thing left is the extra story at the end.

Honest feelings? I wasn't too impressed with the ending, but overall the series was awesome, packed with sex and romance and workplace politics... and vampires. I recommend anybody who likes romance gives this series a try.

I liked this manga too, I've been reading it since Aerandria took it as a project. It's kinda short, but at least when DelRey/Viz/T-Pop/ShoujoBeat takes this in, it won't take too much shelf space.

I thought that it'll catch Zeriam's interest^^.

But tbh at first when I ecnountered that series I wasn't interested but now I think I give it a shot^^
