What other reason could she have? Probably will kill him again and repeat until he finally loves her back or something.

Yeah fairly good assumption, i think basically that Yuki is too pathetic to kill her, so to avoid destruction oft he universe she kills him, but she has nothing without him so goes back in time to be with him, and so the cycle repeats. She could easily have done this hundreds of times by now. Maybe why shes so nuts?
