It's as logical as "Let's blow of this dam, since someone's going to poison drinking water in that pond!"

actually, this is one of the few times that Naruto's series problem makes Sense. If they blow up the moon, judging from the size of the Island and the areas on the shore, the entire Island would probably sink, killing just about everyone.

Of course, that's Real World Physics when we have Flying Old men and God-Mode Eyes, so maybe it doesn't make much sense.

I just noticed that Madara mentioned that it also took the Rinnegan to see the Tablet, so how did he sneak Pain into Konohana to see the Tablet in order to read it?

Its' also weird how he mentioned 2 of the Eye Techs, then the Upgraded form of the one, but there isn't a mention of the Bakugan....What's up with that?

He said that the sharingan was needed to read it, henche why the Uchia had the tablet.
