I think Fallan is talking about how in chapter 233. When the chidori and rasengan hit together in that chapter. It showed naruto and sauske in that white world type thing on page 10. Though they did not talk like they did in this chapter.
Their feelings were conveyed in their attacks. when they clashed, their feelings debated in exactly a second :3
